Dan Cohorst worked for a Phoenix awning company for over 5 years, working in every department of the business. He noticed one major flaw; frequent miss-communication between the salesman and the production/installation staff.  This caused mistakes in measurements, sewing, repairs and installation. As the owner of Square D Awnings, Dan’s vision was to start an awning company that would bridge this communication gap with total product knowledge and experience along with excellent customer service.
